·, 345 <br /> <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately eight acre site, <br />located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird <br />Lane, to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District <br />with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of nine (9) lots. <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 83:98) dated March 15, 1983 regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open on the application and the <br />negative declaration. <br /> <br /> There was no comment either in favor of or opposed to the proposal. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing closed on the application and the <br />negative declaration. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember <br />Mercer, that Resolution No. 83-113, determining on the basis of a review of <br />the initial environmental study done for this project, that no significant <br />environmental impact would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and that <br />a negative declaration is appropriate for prezoning an approximately eight acre <br />site, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amber Lane and <br />Mockingbird Lane, to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential <br />District with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of nine (9) lots, <br />be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> After further discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded <br />by Councilmember Brandes, that Ordinance No. 1080, to be read by title only and <br />waiving further reading thereof, approving the application of the City of <br />Pleasanton to prezone an approximately eight acre site, located at the southeast <br />corner of the intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane (Quick property), <br />to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District with <br />a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of nine (9) lots, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />Industrial Pretreatment Program; Introduction of an ordinance of the City <br />of Pleasanton relating to the control and use of the sewerage system and <br />regulating discharge thereto. <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 83:105) dated March 17, 1983, <br />regarding this matter and indicating that the proposed ordinance is being <br />sent to affected businesses. Mr. Warnick requested this matter be continued <br />to the meeting of April 12, 1983 to allow responses to be received from the <br />affected parties.
