Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 83:98) dated March 15, 1983 regarding this matter. Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open on the application and the negative declaration. It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that Resolution No. 83-113, determining on the basis of a review of the initial environmental study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and that a negative declaration is appropriate for prezoning an approximately eight acre site, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane, to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of nine (9) lots, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler NOES: None ABSENT: None After further discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that Ordinance No. 1080, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately eight acre site, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane (Quick property), to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of nine (9) lots, be introduced. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler NOES: None ABSENT: None MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION Industrial Pretreatment Program; Introduction of an ordinance of the City of Pleasanton relating to the control and use of the sewerage system and regulating discharge thereto. Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 83:105) dated March 17, 1983, regarding this matter and indicating that the proposed ordinance is being sent to affected businesses. Mr. Warnick requested this matter be continued to the meeting of April 12, 1983 to allow responses to be received from the affected parties.
