<br />h. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-60, approving a policy for recreation group member-
<br /> ship and classification as shown in Staff Report 83:72, dated February 16, 1983,
<br /> and instructing staff to carry out this policy in all administrative decisions
<br /> affecting parks and recreation, supplanting Re~o!ution No. 66-92.

<br />i. Adoption of R~solution No. 83-61, accepting the construction of Pico Avenue Exten-
<br /> sion, Project No. 82-3, approving final payment to Raisch Structures in the amount
<br /> of $41,265.23, and authorizing the filing of a Notice of Completion.

<br />j. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-62, setting a public hearing on March 8, 1983, 8:00
<br /> P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers, to determine whether public necessity,
<br /> health, safety, and welfare requires formation of Underground Utility District 83-1,
<br /> Santa Rita and Old Santa Rita Roads from Valley Avenue to Freeway 1-580.

<br />k. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-63, accepting all dedications for right-of-way and
<br /> public service or storm drain easement from the developers of Fromm Business Park
<br /> (4 deeds); accepting the dedication for street purposes from Zone 7 for Valley
<br /> Avenue bridge over the Arroyo Del Valle; entering into the easement agreement with
<br /> the developers of Fromm Business Park concerning the City and County of San Fran-
<br /> cisco property, and authorizing the City Clerk to record said agreement; and
<br /> authorizing the City Clerk to accept the dedication of Alameda County lands for
<br /> Valley Avenue upon completion of all the conditions of Alameda County Resolution
<br /> No. 193337.

<br />1. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-64, denying the claim of Peter Lagos in the sum of
<br /> $1,000 for alleged injuries from a fall near the Alameda County Fairgrounds, and
<br /> referring the matter to the City Attorney's office for further handling.
<br />
<br />m. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-65, denying the claim of Linda Cline in the sum of
<br /> $68.50 for towing and storage charges which she felt were improper, and referring
<br /> the matter to the City Attorney's office for further handling.
<br />
<br />o. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-66, approving Claims for the month of January, 1983,
<br /> in the amount of $849,451.84.

<br />p. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-67, a Resolution of Intention in connection with
<br /> Assessment District No. 1982-5, Fromm Business Park; adoption of Resolution No.
<br /> 83-68, a resolution accepting report and setting public hearing to be held on
<br /> April 12, 1983, 8:00 P.M., Pleasanton Council Chambers, in connection with
<br /> Assessment District No. 1982-5, Fromm Business Park; and adoption of Resolution
<br /> No. 83-69, a resolution calling for construction bids in connection with Assess-
<br /> ment District No. 1982-5, Fromm Business Park.

<br />q. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-70, authorizing the City Manager to send a letter to
<br /> the County Public Works staff stating that Pleasanton does not have excess waste-
<br /> water treatment and export capacity to allocate to the Castlewood Country ClUb area.
