267 <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that <br />Resolution No. 83-52, approving the application of Victor Lund, et al, for cancella- <br />tion of Williamson Act Agricultural Preserve Contract 1974-15 under the provisions of <br />California Government Code Section 51282.1, to remove approximately fifty-three (53) <br />acres of land from the above noted contract located at the eastern termini of Junipero <br />Street and San Jose Drive, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />Industrial Pretreatment Program; Introduction of an ordinance of the City of Pleasanton <br />relating to the control and use of the sewerage sy.stem and regulating discharge thereto <br />(Contd. from 1-25-83) <br /> Mayor Butler declared this item continued to the meeting of February 22, 1983, at <br />the request of staff. <br /> <br />SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> There were no Special Reports presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />.Support for State Lottery <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 83:49) dated February 2, 1983, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that <br />Resolution No. 83-53, that the City Council go on record as formally endorsing a State <br />Lottery to raise additional State revenue, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br />Recommendation for Improvements to Oakhill Park <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 83:50) dated February 2, 1983, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Council- <br />member Mercer, to refer this item to the Park and Recreation Commission for their <br />review and comment. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br />Actions Taken by the Board of Adjustment, Design Review Board, and Planning Commission <br />at their meetin~ of 1-26-83 <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 83:39) dated January 27, 1983, regarding this <br />matter for the information of the Council.
