113 <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Council- <br />member Wood, that Ordinance No. 1170, to be read by title only and waiving further <br />reading thereof, approving RZ-84-11, application of the City Council to fezone an <br />approximately 10,000 sq. ft., site from R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District <br />to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial and Offices District at 1734 Santa <br />Rita Road, and that the allowed and conditionally allowed uses in that district be as <br />listed in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2554, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />PUD-81-30-23-D~ Application of Bradshaw~ Inc.~ North~ for design review for a two-story~ <br />approximately 29~260 s~.ft. office structureon an approximately 2.0 acre site located <br />on the northeast corner of the intersection of Coronado Lane and West Las Positas Boule- <br />vard in the Hacienda Business Park. Zoning for the parcel is PUD (Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment)-Industrial, Commercial and Offices District <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 84:598) dated November 13, 1984, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Charles Wortz, representing Bradshaw, Inc., stated he concurs with the staff <br />report, and asked for approval of this application. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to the item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Council- <br />member Butler, that Resolution No. 84-585, approving PUD-81-30-23-D, application of <br />Bradshaw, Inc., North, for design review for a two-story, approximately 29,260 sq. ft. <br />office structure on an approximately 2.0 acre site located on the northeast corner of <br />the intersection of Coronado Lane and West Las Positas Boulevard in the Hacienda Busi- <br />ness Park, subject to all conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. <br />2557, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />PUD-84-6, Application of the Pleasanton School District and Kenneth Chin for rezoning <br />and development plan approvalfor a five unit residential development on an approxi- <br />mately .9 acre site, located on the north side of Abbie Street between the Old Towne <br />development and the residences on the east side of Whiting Street. Zoning for the <br />property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District <br /> <br />Consider Adoption Of Negative Declaration <br />(Contd.
