No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />November, December, and January City Council Agenda Planning RepOrt <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Agenda Planning Report for the months of <br />November, December, and January, for the information of Council. <br /> <br />PUD-82-19-2M, Minor Modification to Pacific Telephone Field Operating. Center on <br />Johnson Drive <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (IR 84:70) dated November 13, 1984, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mohr stated she was not satisfied with the landscaping plan; she <br />felt there should be more trees within the parking lot area. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr to continue this item and <br />request the developer to bring back a better landscape plan. <br /> <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> No further action was taken on this item. <br /> <br />Modification to Design of Mozart Office Buildings <br /> Mr. Harris presented his memorandum dated November 13, 1984, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Leonard McVicor, representing Mozart Development Company, reviewed the modifi- <br />cations. He stated that one of the things that occurred is that the Fire Department ex- <br />pressed a desire that the developer provide a fire access road on one side of the build- <br />ing. The developer agreed with that and had to resculpture the building. These modifi- <br />cations changed the original building design that was presented to City Council. He <br />stated that due to redesign of the elevator shaft they had to raise the level of the <br />penthouse by five feet higher than was originally approved. He stated there were also <br />some modifications to the balconies. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Council- <br />member Wood, directing staff to sign off on the design plans for the planned unit <br />development for Mozart Development Company on the north side of Stoneridge Drive be- <br />tween Stoneridge Mall Road and 1-680, after determining that the revised plans are a <br />minor modification to the project. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 10. 11/13/84 <br /> <br /> <br />
