It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 84-565, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental <br />study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur as <br />outlined in the City's guidelines and that a negative declaration is appropriate in <br />connection with the application of John Ferreri and Fred Miranda for PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) zoning and development plan approval to construct two medical office <br />buildings totaling approximately 51,000 sq. ft., and a retail shopping center total- <br />ing approximately 53,000 sq. ft., on the approximately 7.7 acre site located southeast <br />of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and West Las Positas Boulevard adjacent to the <br />Exxon Service Station, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Council- <br />member Brandes, that Ordinance No. 1165, to be read by title only and waiving further <br />reading thereof, approving the application of John Ferreri and Fred Miranda for PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval to construct two medi- <br />cal office buildings totaling approximately 51,000 sq. ft., and a retail shopping <br />center totaling approximately 53,000 sq. ft., on the approximately 7.7 acre site lo- <br />cated southeast of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and West Las Positas Boulevard <br />adjacent to the Exxon Service Station, subject to all conditions contained in Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 2550, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~pplication of the City of Pleasanton to prezone the approximately 276 acre site lo- <br />cated on the west side of Foothill Road opposite Stoneridge Drive and ext~nding west- <br />erly a~d northerly to Dublin. Ca~on Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low... <br />Density Resid.ential and Open Space District <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of Negative Declaration <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 84:594) dated October 24, 1984, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the application and the negative <br />declaration. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br />Resolution No. 84-566, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental <br />study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur as <br />outlined in the City's guidelines and that a negative declaration is appropriate in <br />connection with the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone the approximately <br />276 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road opposite Stoneridge Drive and <br />extending westerly and northerly to Dublin Canyon Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Deve- <br />lopment)-Low Density Residential and Open Space District, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr,.4~ee~, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br /> 8. 10/30/84 <br /> <br /> 8'1: <br /> <br /> <br />
