Mr. Frank Belecky, 892 Madeira Drive, requested that the bike lane on Vineyard
Avenue be striped all the way instead of only a portion of it. Mr. Warnick advised
that the follow-up project to finish the bike lane on Vineyard Avenue to Stanley
Boulevard is included in this year's budget; the project will include additional
signing, striping, and some concrete work.

Mr. William Herlihy, 816 Abbie, expressed concern regarding the legal status of
Pleasanton Housing Group, Inc. He stated he did not think a city can allocate
$70,000.00 of city funds without a contract and he particularly did not want to see
anyone on City Council or staff to sign bills. He felt there should be an audit of
the bills. Mr. MacDonald stated he would respond to Mr. Herlihy's comments in a
written report at the next Council meeting.

Ms. Carol Galente, representing Eden Housing, responded to Mr. Herlihyts comments
by stating that Pleasanton Housing Group, Inc., has a preliminary contract with Eden
Housing and the City Finance Department, and that all bills are approved by both the
City Finance Department and the President of the Pleasanton Housing Group, Inc. She
added there is a substantial amount of control over the expenditure of funds.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
Appeal of Sae Joon Kim of a decision of the Design Review Board ~rantin~ d~si~n approval
for two rather than the requested four signs for the Pleasanton Sea Food Restaurant
located at 2025 Santa Rita Road.
