No action was required or taken by Council <br />on this item. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />Approval of Agreement with DKS Associates and Scope of Work for Supplemental Bus <br />Service ....... <br /> Mr. Walker presented the report of the Assistant to the City Manager (SR 84:591) <br />dated October 25, 1984, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Resolution No. 84-568, approving agreement with DKS Associates and scope of work for <br />supplemental bus study, and authorizing execution of the agreement by the appropriate <br />city officials, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Report on Connecting Downspouts (Rain Water Leader) to Gutter <br /> Mr. Stewart presented his report (SR 84:572) dated October 30, 1984, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmen~ber Brandes stated he felt this proposed requirement should be made a <br />condition of approval in order to eliminate water drainage problems at residences. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mohr stated she felt this matter should be an option of the home- <br />owner as to whether he would make the improvements or it be done by the developer. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Mayor <br />Mercer, requiring the developer of a project to connect the downspouts from the rain <br />gutter to drain pipes as a condition of approval. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmember Brandes and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, and Wood <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Consider Ordinance Makin~ Violation of Zoning Code~ Building Code~ Unsafe Buildings <br />Code, Electrical Code, Mechanical Code, and Plumbing Code aninfraction <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 84:580) dated October 25, 1984, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Ordinance No. 1168, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br /> <br /> 10. 10/30/84 <br /> <br /> <br />
