It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Resolution No. 84-440, approving PUD-81-30-18D, application of Callahan-Pentz Pro- perties for design review approval for a single story, approximately 70,200 sq. ft. office building on an approximately five acre site located on the north side of West Las Positas Boulevard, subject to the following conditions: (1) that the development be substantially as shown on the site plan, elevations, floor plan, landscape plan, and grading plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department; (2) that approval of case PUD-81-30-18D is subject to all conditions of approval for case MS-82-13 approving parcel map number 3858; (3) that the development shall be subject to all conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 reapproving Hacienda Business Park; and (4) that this development is subject to all Standard Conditions of Development, made part of this case by reference, except Conditions 12, 29,33, 34, 35, 46 and 49, be adopted.
