Mr. Harris presented his reports (SR 84:397 and SR 84:398) dated July 18, 1984, <br />regarding these two items. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Mr. Howard Sword, representing Callahan Pentz Properties, presented a display of <br />the proposed building, and explained the design layout. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mark Sweeney, Sales Manager for Callahan Pentz Properties, reviewed the tenant <br />uses of the proposed buildings. <br /> <br /> Mr. Sword stated he has reviewed the staff report and finds no objections to the <br />conditions imposed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Steven Fee, landscape consultant, stated the 12 ft. setback encroachment will <br />allow greater landscaping. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to these two items. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing <br />closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 84-377, approving PUD-81-30-16D~ application of Callahan Pentz Proper- <br />ties for design review of a four building commercial/office complex totalling approxi- <br />mately 81,000 sq. ft. proposed for the 6,328 acre site located immediately south of <br />the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Gibraltar Drive (on the east side of Gibraltar <br />Drive), subject to the following conditions: (1) that the development be substantially <br />as shown on the site plan, elevations, landscape plan and floor plan, Exhibit As on <br />file with the Planning Department; (2) that approval of this case is subject to the <br />granting of a minor modification to case PUD-81-30 to allow the proposed encroachments <br />of buildings A and D into the required 75 ft. building setback area along Stoneridge <br />Drive and to allow less than a 15 ft. landscape separation between buildings B and C <br />and the parking areas abutting them; (3) that approval of case PUD-81-30-16D is sub- <br />ject to all conditions of approval of case MS-82-13 approving parcel map 3858; (4) <br />that the development shall be subject to all conditions of approval of Ordinance No. <br />1109 reapproving Hacienda Business Park; and (5) that this development is subject to <br />all Standard Conditions of Development and made part of this case by reference, except <br />conditions 12, 29, 33, 35, 36, 46, and 49, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that <br />Resolution No. 84-378~ approving PUD-81-30-4M, application for a minor modification to <br />the building setback and landscaping requirements of the Hacienda Business Park as it <br />pertains to the four building commercial/office complex proposed for the 8 acre site <br />located south of the intersection of Gibraltar Drive and Stoneridge Drive on the east <br />side of Gibraltar Drive, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> There were no matters continued for decision presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> 8. 7/24/84 <br /> <br /> <br />
