Mayor Mercer asked Mr. Dabhey if he was sure the school boundaries will not be <br />changed. Mr. Dabney stated he could not answer for sure, but with the growth in the <br />Del Prado area, he is confident that Foothill High School will not be closed; that <br />the five year projections are for standard growth. He stated he is not knowledgeable <br />of any grant money that might be used for this project. Hr urged Council to proceed <br />as soon as possible because of the inflation factor. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Council- <br />member Mohr, instructing staff to refine Alternate B - this route uses a pedestrian <br />overcrossing of the Arroyo Mocho at Pleasanton Canal and also of the 1-680 freeway, <br />at an estimated cost of $452,000.00; to explore any possible grant money that might <br />be used for such a project; and to include the project in the Capital Improvement <br />Program. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> <br />Status of TSM Ordinance <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented the information report of the Assistant City Attorney <br />(IR 84:45) dated July 16, 1984, stating that staff will defer bringing the TSM ordi- <br />nance back to Council until a recommendation is forthcoming from the employer group. <br /> <br />PUD-81-17-2M, Minor Modification to Broadmoor Residential Development on the East Side <br />of Muirwood Drive, South of West Las Positas Boulevard " ' <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (IR 84:46) dated July 16, 1984, regarding this <br />matter. No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />Minor Modification to Case PUD-83-2!, Mini-storage Facility proposed to be Constructed <br />at the southwest corner of Stoneridge Drive and Johnson Drive <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (IR 84:47) dated July 19, i984, regarding this <br />matter. It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, <br />to appeal this item for further review of density. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Wood <br />NOES: Mayor Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Revenue Bond Program <br />Mr. Walker advised that Pleasanton has applied for and received allocation for <br />$!0,000,000 in a revenue housing bond program for three proposed projects. He stated <br />that the City could join with the City of Suisun City in a Joint Powers Agreement is <br />it is Councit's desire to participate in such a program. Council instructed staff to <br />proceed with the revenue housing bond program, including the possibility of forming <br />the JPA to issue the bonds. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> There were no reports of the City Attorney presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUIICIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the <br />Council. <br /> <br /> 10. 7/24/84 <br /> <br /> <br />
