EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 11:15 P.M., to an Executive Session to discuss <br /> pending litigation and labor relations. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 1:10 A.M. <br /> <br /> Gravel Trucks <br /> Councilmember Brandes stated that a proposed settlement agreement related to the <br /> three gravel company lawsuits against the City has been proposed. It was moved by <br /> Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that Resolution No. 84-379, <br /> accepting the agreement, pending signing of the agreement by the three gravel companies, <br /> be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: Councilmembers Mohr and Wood <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br />CD Firefighter Agreement <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />~ Resolution No. 84-380, approving the Memorandum of Understanding with the Firefighters <br />~8~ Union Local 1974, for the period July 1, 1984 to June 30, 1986, be adopted. <br />~ The roll call vote was as follows: <br />~[ AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSEHT: None <br /> <br /> ADJOUrnMENT <br /> There being no further business at 1:15 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember Wood, <br /> and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in <br /> Regular Session on August 14, 1984, 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> E~ R.
