Minor Modification to Shea Homes Project on Kamp Property in the Mohr Martin Area <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (IR 84:44) dated July 3, 1984, regarding this <br />matter for the information of the Council. No action was required or taken by <br />Council on this item. <br /> <br />Extension of Agreement with Homestead Development Company Affordable Housing Program <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 84:377 dated July 10, i984, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Council- <br />member Mohr, that Resolution No. 84-352, to approve agreement extending the time <br />for beginning construction of all units one year; the agreement would require Home- <br />stead Development Company to apply for building permits for 30 of the remaining 83 <br />townhouse units within one week of approval of this extension and to have been <br />issued building permits for all the remaining units within six months of the date <br />of the extension, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Approval of Final MaD - Tract 5297, Pleasanton Villages II~ Homestead Development <br />Company <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 84:375) dated July 10, 1984, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 84-353, approving final map for Tract 5297, Pleasanton Villages II, <br />Homestead Development Company, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Modification to PUD Application for Valley Avenue Grade Separation <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 84:354) dated July 10, 1984, regarding this <br />mattera <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmen~ber Mohr, and seconded by Council- <br />member Brandes, that Resolution No. 84-354, to authorize the following changes in <br />the exhibit for the PUC application for the Valley Avenue crossing of the Western <br />Pacific Railroad: (1) terminate the Southern Pacific Spur track easterly of proposed <br />Valley Avenue or such other configuration considered suitable by staff; (2) add <br />additional yard tracks southerly of Busch Road; (3) show double left turn lanes <br />southbound on Valley Avenue to Stanley Boulevard; and (4) provide a free right turn <br />westbound on Stanley Boulevard to Valley Avenue, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAINED:Councilmember Wood <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Maintenance Agreement with Valley Business Park Owners Association <br /> This item was considered under item 4e, on the agenda. <br /> <br />Review of Newsrack Ordinance <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 84:373) dated July 5, 1984, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> 8. 7/10/84 <br /> <br /> <br />
