<br /> member Mohr, that Resolution No. 84-356, to approve and authorize the first supple-
<br /> mental indenture with respect to $11,935,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of City of
<br /> Pleasanton Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bonds, Series 1984 (FHA Insured Mortgage
<br /> Loan), be adopted.

<br /> to attend either City Council meeting in August.

<br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 10:05 P.M., to an Executive Session to discuss
<br /> pending litigation, personnel, and labor relations.
