No action was required or taken by Council on this item. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />Resolutions Making Application to LAFCO and Agreeing to the Exchange. of Property Tax <br />Revenue and Initiating Prezoning for Annexation No. 109 (Joel) <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 84:365) dated July 10, 1984, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 84-349, making application to LAFC0 for Annexation No. 109 (Dr. M. <br />Joel, 5470 Foothill Road); that Resolution No. 84-350, agreeing to the exchange of <br />property tax revenue for Annexation No. 109 (Dr. M. Joel, 5470 Foothill Road); and <br />that Resolution No. 84-351, initiating prezoning for Annexation No. 109 (Dr. M.
