Adoption of Ordinance No. 1143, approving the application of the City..o.f Pleasanton <br />to prezone approximately 120 acres at 4440 and 4432 Foothill Road, west side~ to the <br />~UD (Plann"ed Unit DeVelopment)-Low Density Residential~%pen. Space. District <br />(Intro. 5-8-84, 3-Ayes, 2-Absent) <br /> Mayor Mercer stated that Ordinance No. 1143 was introduced on May 8, 1984, by a <br />vote of 3-Ayes, 2-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 1143, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone <br />approximately 120 acres at 4440 and 4432 Foothill Road, west side, to the PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-Low Density Residential/Open Space District, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br />SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> There were no Special Reports presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />Actions Taken by the Board of Adjustment, Design Review .B0ard~ and Planning Commission <br />at their meeting of "5-9'-84 <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 84:258) dated May 10, 1984, regarding this <br />matter for the information of Council. Riccio, and Sylvia Riccio for approxi- <br />mately six acres on the North Side of Vineyard Avenue <br /> M~. Warnick presented his report (SR' 8~:~64) dated May 22, 1984, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Because there was no one in the audience to speak on behalf of this item, it was <br />moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, to deny the re- <br />quest for annexation from John Caroline, F. M. Riccio, and Sylvia Riccio for approxi- <br />mately six acres on the north side of Vineyard Avenue. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, and Wood <br />NOES: Mayor Mercer <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> This item was subsequently approved later in the meeting. <br /> <br />Request for Annexation from Mike Harris~ Lawrence Miller, and.
