No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed <br />on the application and the negative declaration. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that <br />Resolution No. 84-165, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental <br />study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur as <br />outlined in the Cityts guidelines and that a negative declaration is appropriate in <br />connection with the application of Prudential Insurance Company of America for a re- <br />vision to the Hacienda Business Park Planned Unit Development (PUD-81-30) to expand <br />the boundaries of the park to the northwest to include an approximately 5.7 acre site <br />bounded by Hopyard Road, Owens Drive and Chabot Drive and to rezone that site from I-G <br />(General Industrial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial (CPD); and to make <br />the following changes to the land use and circulation designations within the existing <br />boundaries of the Park: change the 3.466 acre site located at the northeast corner of <br />Chabot Drive and Gibraita~ Drive from Commercial (CPD) to Garden Office (0GPD); change <br />the 18,366 acre site located on the northeast side of Stoneridge Drive immediately <br />northwest of Tassajara Creek from Industrial/Warehouse (IWPD) to Research and Develop- <br />ment/Light Manufacturing (IPD); change the 15.120 acre site located on the northeast <br />side of Stoneridge Drive between Tassajara Creek and West Las Positas Boulevard from <br />Industrial/Warehouse (IWPD) to 11.120 acres of Research and Development/Light Manu- <br />facturing (IPD) and 4 acres to Public and Institutional; and change the 15.27 acre site <br />at the southeast corner of the Hacienda Business Park from Industrial/Warehouse (IWPD) <br />to 12,677 acres of Research and Development/Light Manufacturing (IPD) and 2.6 acres of <br />street right-of-way, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 1134, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br />approving the application of Prudential Insurance Company of America for a revision <br />to the Hacienda Business Park Planned Unit Development (PUD-81-30) to expand the <br />boundaries of the park to the northwest to include an approximately 5.7 acre site <br />bounded by Hopyard Road, Owens Drive and Chabot Drive and to fezone that site from <br />I-G (General Industrial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial (CPD); and to <br />make the following changes to the land use and circulation designations within the <br />existing boundaries of the Park: change the 3.466 acre site located at the northeast <br />corner of Chabot Drive and Gibraltar Drive from Commercial (CPD) to Garden Office <br />(OGPD); change the 18.366 acre site located on the northeast side of Stoneridge Drive <br />immediately northwest of Tassajara Creek from Industrial/Warehouse (IWPD) to Research <br />and Development/Light Manufacturing (IPD); change the 15.120 acre site located on the <br />northeast side of Stoneridge Drive between Tassajara Creek and West Las Positas Boule- <br />vard from Industrial/Warehouse (IWPD) to 11.120 acres of Research and Development/Light <br />Manufacturing (IPD) and 4 acres to Public and Institutional; and change the 15.27 acre <br />site located at the southeast corner of the Hacienda Business Park from Industrial/ <br />Warehouse (IWPD) to 12,677 acres of Research and Development/Light Manufacturing (IPD) <br />and 2.6 acres of street right-of-way, subject to all conditions contained in Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 2447, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 6. 4/10/84 <br /> <br /> <br />
