Update on Civic Center Expansion Pro~ect <br /> Mrs. Wagner presented her report (SR 84:19S) dated April 5, 1984, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that <br />Resolution No. 84-182, approvmng additional change orders totalling $25,841, per Staff <br />Report 84:195; and appropriating an additional $25,944 for the expansion project to <br />include the pun2chase of a panel system and guest seating as shown in Exhibit A of <br />Staff Report 84:195, and a refrigerator, table, and chairs for the employee lunchroom, <br />in connection with the Civic Center expansion project, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> <br />Necessary Removal of Trees Along Valley Avenue Due to Morrison Homes Off-site Improve- <br />ments and City Landscaping Project <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (IR 84:22) dated April 4, 1984, regarding this <br />matter for the information of the Council.
