After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Council- <br />member Wood, to deny the request for annexation of Shadow Cliffs Park. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mohr and Wood <br />NOES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, and Mayor Butler <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> After further discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Mercer, directing staff to negotiate an agreement for sewer service <br />with East Bay Regional Park District for Shadow Cliffs Park, and present the document <br />to the Council for final approval. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: Councilmembers Mohr and Wood <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Report on Corporation Yard Master Plan Study <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 84:99) dated February 23, 1984, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br />staff be directed to investigate available sites and costs for relocation of the <br />Corporation Yard, and report their findings and recommendations to the Council for <br />consideration along with other Capital Improvement Projects for 1984-85. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Industrial General Plan Review Committee's Recommendations <br /> Chandler Lee, Consultant, presented his report (SR 84:102) dated February 21, <br />1984, regarding this matter. He reviewed the time schedule and the categories to <br />be discussed over the ensuing four months. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Council- <br />member Mercer, that Resolution No. 84-115, approving recommendation of the Industrial <br />General Plan Review Committee as set forth in Staff Report 84:102, and extending the <br />existing contract with the consultant Chandler Lee, through June 30, 1984, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> <br />Minor Modification to PUD-79-2 (Twelve Oaks) <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (IR 84-16) dated February 23, 1984, setting forth <br />a minor modification relative to fences. No action was required or taken by Council <br />on this item. <br /> <br />Minutes from Staff Traffic Committee Meeting of February 8~ 1984 <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (IR 84:15) dated February 22, 1984, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler stated there still seems to be a traffic problem on Hopyard Road at <br />Black Avenue, and he asked that staff continue to investigate this matter. <br /> <br /> No further action was taken by Council on this item. <br /> <br /> 12. 2/28/84 <br /> <br /> <br />
