pay the appropriate connection fees to Dublin San Ramon Services District and Pleasan- <br />ton; (4) Castlewood pay the appropriate buy in cost to the LAV~A; (5) Castlewood be <br />responsible for all costs related to connecting to the Pleasanton collection system; <br />(6) Castlewood be responsible for improving their existing collection system to exist- <br />ing City standards; (7) Castlewood to pay the service charges required to treat and <br />dispose of their sewage; (8) Castlewood pay their proportionate share of the cost of <br />expansion to 21.0 mgd of the LAVWMA facility; and (9) Castlewood pay their proportion- <br />ate share of the expansion of the Dublin San Ramon Services District facility. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Pleasanton Housing Group, Inc., Housing Proje~ ~eport <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 84:103) dated February 16, 1984, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mike Harris, representing Pleasanton Housing Group, Inc., a non-profit organi- <br />zation, reviewed the alternatives for housing occupancy, and requested a commitment <br />from the City relative to the use of the 13.3 acre site of the Corporation Yard as <br />well as a commitment to use City Housing Funds in the amount of $50,000.00 for pre- <br />development expenses. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jack Hovingh, 4250 Muirwood Drive, commended this group for their efforts to <br />secure needed moderate income housing in Pleasanton.
