No action was required or taken <br />by Council on this item. <br /> <br />Minor Modification to PUD-81-18 <br /> Mr. Glenn presented the report of the Director of Planning and Community Development <br />(IR 84:12) dated February 6, 1984, setting forth a minor modification for a 21-unit town- <br />house project on the approximately 2-1/4 acre parcel located on the north side of Del <br />Valle Parkway approximately 200 feet east of its intersection with Harvest Road. No <br />action was'required or taken by Council on this item. <br /> <br />Minor Modification to PUD-77-10 <br /> Mr. Glenn presented the report of the Director of Planning and Community Development <br />(IR 84:11) dated February 6, 1984, setting forth a minor modification for a 108 lot single- <br />family residential planned unit development on the approximately 54 acre site located on <br />the east side of Sunol Boulevard between Mission Drive and Bernal Avenue. Council accepted the report. <br /> <br />Traffic Access Evaluation - Pleasanton sports and Recreation Park <br /> Mr. Okamura presented the report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />(IR 84:09) dated February 7, 1984, transmitting the Traffic Access Evaluation Report <br />for the Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park for consideration at a later date.
