COMMUNICATIONS <br /> Mayor Butler presented the following communications: <br /> <br /> Letter from Mike Graziadei, President of the Pleasanton Meadows Homeowners Asso- <br /> ciation, opposing the change of Sphere of Influence for the Reynolds C. Johnson property. <br /> <br /> Letter from Mike Graziadei, President of the Pleasanton Meadows Homeowners Associa- <br /> tion, thanking Council for their assistance in controlling truck traffic in the Pleasanton <br /> Meadows area. <br /> <br /> Letter from Valley Exchange Club inviting Council to attend their meeting on February <br /> 16, 1984. <br /> <br /> Letter from Alameda County Mental Health Service stating there is a vacancy on this <br /> Board and asking if Pleasanton has a person they would like to have considered for this <br /> appointment. <br /> <br /> Letter from Ed de Silva asking Council to support the Apperson Ridge Quarry project. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Butler recessed the meeting at 11:20 P.M., to an Executive Session to discuss <br /> pending litigation and labor relations. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler reconvened the meeting at 12:00 midnight. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 12:02 A.M., it.was moved by Councilmember Wood, <br /> and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in <br /> Regular Session on February 28, 1984, 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr~ Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None ~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />fR.
