Adoption of Ordinance No. 1118, approving the application of Amador Valley In- <br /> vestors to rezone approximately 21.7 acres located approximately 1650 feet east <br /> of the existing eastern terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard from the "A" <br /> (Agricultural) to the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District. <br /> <br /> g. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-01, approving claims for the month of November, <br /> 1983, in the amount of $2,159,289.59. <br /> <br /> h. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-02, approving purchase of Police uniform patches, <br /> and amending the Police Budget by $3,881.92, to cover this expense. <br /> <br /> i. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-03, approving plans and specifications for the <br /> construction of Bernal Avenue cul-de-sac, and authorization to call for bids. <br /> <br /> j. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-05, accepting Grant of Right-of-Way - West Las <br />~ Positas Boulevard over G-3 Channel, County of Alameda (ACFC&WCD - Zone 7). <br />~[ !. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-06, accepting Deed and Right-of-Way Purchase Con- <br /> tract for Dublin Canyon Road (Bueno); approve the Real Estate Purchase Contract - <br /> City of Pleasanton; authorize the Director of Public Works and Utilities to exe- <br /> cute the Real Estate Purchase Contract; authorize the payment of $47,850.00 from <br /> Assessment District 1982-1 funds to escrow in care of Western Title Insurance Com- <br /> pany; accept the Conservator's Deed from Crocker Bank to the City of Pleasanton <br /> for the necessary rights-of-way; and authorize the City Attorney to take whatever <br /> action is necessary to finalize this transaction. <br /> <br /> m. Adoption of Resolution N.. 84-07, approving agreement with Camp Dresser & McKee, <br /> Inc., for study for water system improvements along Foothill Road, Phase I, and <br /> authorizing execution of the agreement by the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br /> n. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-08, establishing that a stop sign be installed on <br /> Canyon Way at its intersection with Stoneridge Mall Road. <br /> <br /> o. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-08, establishing that the existing stop sign on <br /> California Avenue be removed and that a new stop sign be installed on Del Valle <br /> Parkway at its intersection with California Avenue for eastbound traffic only. <br /> <br /> p. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-08, establishing a "No Parking" restriction on the <br /> southerly side of Del Valle Parkway between Bernal Avenue and California Avenue. <br /> <br /> q. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-09, approving the draft Real Property Purchase <br /> Contract from TMI for Santa Rita Road Improvements; acceptance of the grant deed <br /> and grant of easement; and authorizing the City Attorney to take whatever steps <br /> are necessary to finalize this transaction. <br /> <br /> r. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-10, renaming the current street segment of Trenery <br /> Drive immediately east of Santa Rita Road to Kamp Drive. <br /> <br /> s.
