451 Mayor Mercer declared the public heaing closed. It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Ordinance No. 1203, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the adjustment in Sewer Service Fees effective July 1, 1985, as set forth in Staff Report SR 85:305, dated June 18, 1985; and approv- ing the adjustment in Connection Fees effective August 18, 1985, as set forth in Staff Report SR 85:305, be both introduced and adopted as an urgency mea- sure because of City's obligation to adopt the same rates as DSRSD pursuant to the 1978 Agreement with DSRSD. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION Adoption of Ordinance No. 1202, Approval of PUD-81-30-8M, Application of Prudential Insurance Company of America for modification of the Hacienda Busi- ness Park Planned Unit Development to amend land use, zoning and site designa- tions of 15 sites within Phase I of the Hacienda Business Park, a 573 acre site located north of the Arroyo Mocho between Hopyard Road and the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way (Intro. 6-4-85, 4-Ayes, 1-Absent) Mayor Mercer stated that Ordinance No. 1202 was introduced on June 4, 1985, by a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance. It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Bran- des, that Ordinance No. 1202, approval of PUD-81-30-8M, application of Pruden- tial Insurance Company of America for modification of the Hacienda Business Park Planned Unit Development to amend land use, zoning and site designations of 15 sites within Phase I of the Hacienda Business Park, a 573 acre site lo- cated north of the Arroyo Mocho between Hopyard Road and the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way, be adopted.
