It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Coun- cilmember Mohr, approving case PUD-81-28-2M, modification to PUD governing Pleasanton Station Associates commercial/office project located on the west side of First Street between Neal Street and Bernal Avenue, subject to the following conditions: (1) that this modification shall consist solely of moving building number 4 farther to the north and creating a parking area to the south of building number 4 as shown on the site plan and elevations, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department dated 3/21/85; (2) that the design of building number 4 shall be as shown on the site plan and elevations, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department dated 3/21/85; (3) that buildings 4 and 5 shall be 26,656 Sq. ft. and 19,480 sq. ft. in size respectively; and (4) that except as modified by conditions 1 through 3 above, all con- ditions of cases PUD-81-28 and PUD-81-28-1M shall remain in full force and effect. He advised this item was continued from the meetings of 11-13-84 and 11-27-84, and that the or- dinance should be reintroduced. It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council- member Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1164, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, amending Chapter 7 of Title V by adding Article 2 (removal of vehicles from private proper- ty), be reintroduced.
