32,3 <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Vice Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />PUD-81-28-ZM, Modification to PUD governing Pleasanton Station <br />Associates commercial/office project located on the west side of <br />First Street between Neal Street and Bernal Avenue <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 85:195) dated April 16, <br />1985, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Coun- <br />cilmember Mohr, approving case PUD-81-28-2M, modification to PUD <br />governing Pleasanton Station Associates commercial/office project <br />located on the west side of First Street between Neal Street and <br />Bernal Avenue, subject to the following conditions: (1) that <br />this modification shall consist solely of moving building number <br />4 farther to the north and creating a parking area to the south <br />of building number 4 as shown on the site plan and elevations, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department dated 3/21/85; <br />(2) that the design of building number 4 shall be as shown on the <br />site plan and elevations, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department dated 3/21/85; (3) that buildings 4 and 5 shall be <br />26,656 Sq. ft. and 19,480 sq. ft. in size respectively; and (4) <br />that except as modified by conditions 1 through 3 above, all con- <br />ditions of cases PUD-81-28 and PUD-81-28-1M shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Vice Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />Introduce Ordinance for Signing for Enforcement of Vehicle Code <br />in Private Parking Lots <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 85:185) dated April 9, <br />1985, regarding this matter. He advised this item was continued <br />from the meetings of 11-13-84 and 11-27-84, and that the or- <br />dinance should be reintroduced. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council- <br />member Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1164, to be read by title only <br />and waiving further reading thereof, amending Chapter 7 of Title <br />V by adding Article 2 (removal of vehicles from private proper- <br />ty), be reintroduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows; <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Vice Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Brandes requested staff to investigate unau- <br />thorized car lots at various locations in the City. <br /> <br /> Page 13 4-16-85 <br /> <br /> <br />
