325 The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Wood, and Vice Mayor Brandes NOES: Councilmember Mohr ABSENT: Mayor Mercer Adoption of Ordinance No, 1191, Approval of RZ-85-6, Applica- tion of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 20 acre site located east of the terminus of Mission Drive, south of Bernal Avenue and approximately 325 feet north of Junipero Street to the "A" (Agricultural), "P" (Public and Institutional), and PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density residential Districts (Intro. 4-2-85, 4-Ayes, 1-Absent) Vice Mayor Brandes stated that Ordinance No. 1191 was intro- duced April 2, 1985, by a vote of 4.-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in Order to adopt the ordinance. It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Coun- cilmember Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1191, approving RZ-85-6, ap- plication of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 20 acre site located east of the terminus of Mission Drive, south of Bernal Avenue and approximately 325 feet north of Junipero Street to the "A" (Agricultural), "P" (Public and Institutional), and PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential Districts, be adopted. REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS Actions Taken by the Design Review Board and Planning Commission at their meeting of 4-1e-85 Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 85:196) dated April 11, 1985, regarding this matter. No action was required or taken by Council on the item. REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER Review of UP-84-27, Stoneson Model Home Complex and Sales Office Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 85:194) dated April 16, 1985, regarding this matter. It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Coun- cilmember Mohr, after review of UP-84-27, Stoneson model home complex and sales office, that the model home complex does not appear to be generating unacceptable traffic levels of service on adjacent streets and that it is being operated according to all of the conditions of approval of the conditional use permit, therefore case UP-84-27 should remain in full force and effect, to expire October 1, 1985, unless administratively extended.
