No action was required or taken by <br />Council on the item. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />Review of UP-84-27, Stoneson Model Home Complex and Sales Office <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 85:194) dated April 16, <br />1985, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Coun- <br />cilmember Mohr, after review of UP-84-27, Stoneson model home <br />complex and sales office, that the model home complex does not <br />appear to be generating unacceptable traffic levels of service on <br />adjacent streets and that it is being operated according to all <br />of the conditions of approval of the conditional use permit, <br />therefore case UP-84-27 should remain in full force and effect, <br />to expire October 1, 1985, unless administratively extended. <br /> <br /> Page 12 4-16-85 <br /> <br /> <br />
