325 <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Wood, and Vice Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSENT: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> Adoption of Ordinance No, 1191, Approval of RZ-85-6, Applica- <br />tion of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 20 <br />acre site located east of the terminus of Mission Drive, south of <br />Bernal Avenue and approximately 325 feet north of Junipero Street <br />to the "A" (Agricultural), "P" (Public and Institutional), and <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density residential <br />Districts <br /> (Intro. 4-2-85, 4-Ayes, 1-Absent) <br /> Vice Mayor Brandes stated that Ordinance No. 1191 was intro- <br />duced April 2, 1985, by a vote of 4.-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it <br />was now in Order to adopt the ordinance. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Coun- <br />cilmember Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1191, approving RZ-85-6, ap- <br />plication of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately <br />20 acre site located east of the terminus of Mission Drive, south <br />of Bernal Avenue and approximately 325 feet north of Junipero <br />Street to the "A" (Agricultural), "P" (Public and Institutional), <br />and PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential <br />Districts, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Vice Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> There were no Special Reports presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />Actions Taken by the Design Review Board and Planning Commission <br />at their meeting of 4-1e-85 <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 85:196) dated April 11, <br />1985, regarding this matter. No action was required or taken by <br />Council on the item. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />Review of UP-84-27, Stoneson Model Home Complex and Sales Office <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 85:194) dated April 16, <br />1985, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Coun- <br />cilmember Mohr, after review of UP-84-27, Stoneson model home <br />complex and sales office, that the model home complex does not <br />appear to be generating unacceptable traffic levels of service on <br />adjacent streets and that it is being operated according to all <br />of the conditions of approval of the conditional use permit, <br />therefore case UP-84-27 should remain in full force and effect, <br />to expire October 1, 1985, unless administratively extended. <br /> <br /> Page 12 4-16-85 <br /> <br /> <br />
