321 <br /> Prelimlnary Review of Enqlneer's Report for North Pleasanton Im- <br /> provement District (Traffic) <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 85:183) dated April 16, <br /> 1985, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Coun- <br />cilmember Wood, after preliminary review of the Engineer's Report <br />for the North Pleasanton Improvement District for Traffic tenta- <br />tively approve the Engineer's Report with the alternative spread <br />method, and direct that it be formally presented at the Council- <br />meeting of May 7, 1985; find that the inclusion of land acquisi- <br />tion costs and credits should be retained in the Engineer's Re- <br />port as presented; find that the scope of work for acquisition <br />projects is appropriate as presented by the Engineer's Report; <br />and indicating that it is the intent of Council to delay the <br />finalization of freeway assessments. for approximately five <br />months. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Vice Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> <br />Minutes from Staff Traffic Committee Meeting of March 20, 1985 <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (IR 85:17) dated April 3, <br />1985, regarding this matter.
