327 <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to <br />this item. <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Coun- <br />cilmember Mohr, that Resolution No. 85-198, approving amended <br />report and assessment in connection with Assessment District No. <br />1985-1, Chabot Drive Extension, East Amador Relief Sewer, and <br />Santa Rita Road; Resolution No. 85-199, determining assessments <br />remaining unpaid in connection with Assessment District No. 1985- <br />1, Chabot Drive Extension, East Amador Relief Sewer, and Santa <br />Rita Road; Resolution No. 85-200, authorizing issuance of bonds <br />in connection with Assessment District No. 1985-1, Chabot Drive <br />Extension, East Amador Relief Sewer, and Santa Rita Road; and <br />Resolution No. 85-201, ordering sale of bonds in connection with <br />Assessment District No. 1985-1, Chabot Drive Extension, East Ama- <br />dor Relief Sewer, and Santa Rita Road, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Vice Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />Adoption of Ordinance No. 1188, Approving RZ-85-1, Application of <br />the City of Pleasanton to rezone an approximately 3.0 acre site <br />located at 539, 553, and 571 St. John Street from I-G (General <br />Industrial) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High <br />Density Residential District <br />(Intro. 3-26-85, 3-Ayes, 2-Noes) <br /> Vice Mayor Brandes stated that Ordinance No. 1188 was intro- <br />duced March 26, 1985, by a vote of 3-Ayes, 2-Noes, and that it <br />was now in order to adopt the ordinance. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and <br />seconded by Councilmember Butler, to continue this item until <br />after the scheduled meeting with the Planning Commission and <br />Chamber of Commerce on April 17, 1985, regarding the downtown <br />revitalization plan. <br />The roll call vote was as follows; <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler and Mohr <br />NOES: Councilmember Wood and Vice Mayor Brandes <br />ABSENT: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr to deny Ordinance No. <br />1188. <br /> <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Coun- <br />cilmember Wood, that Ordinance No. 1188, approving RZ-85-1, ap- <br />plication of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an approximately <br />3.0 acre site located at 539, 553, and 571 St. John Street from <br />I-G (General Industrial) District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-High Density Residential District, be adopted. <br /> <br /> Page 11 4-16-85 <br /> <br /> <br />
