After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and <br />seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Resolution No. 85-196, deny- <br />ing AP-85-1, appeal of Robert Berkey of a decision of the Design <br />Review Board denying permission to retain an automobile display <br />platform adjacent to the northern property line of the Berkey <br />Porsche/Audi automobile dealership located at 5940 Stoneridge <br />Mall Road, be adopted. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Vice Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />AP-85-3, Appeal of aActive Sign Service of a decision of the <br />Design Review Board denying retention of an existing sign for a <br />business located at 3597 Del Valle Parkway.
