It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that Ordinance No. 1189, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving RZ-85-4, application of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an approximately 7.1 acre site located immediately north and west of the intersection of St. John Street and Pleasanton Avenue from PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District, be introduced. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None GP-84-9, Application of the CitX of Pleasanton to amend the Land Use and Circulation Element of the Pleasanton General Plan to add a freeway interchange to the future location of the intersection of Hacienda Drive and 1-580 located approximately midway between the Hopyard/I-580 interchange and the Santa Rita Road/I-580 interchange Consider Certification of Environmental Impact Report Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 85:130) dated March 26, 1985, regarding this matter. Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the application and the environ- mental impact report. No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item.
