It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br />Ordinance No. 1189, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br />approving RZ-85-4, application of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an approximately <br />7.1 acre site located immediately north and west of the intersection of St. John Street <br />and Pleasanton Avenue from PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential <br />District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District, be <br />introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />GP-84-9, Application of the CitX of Pleasanton to amend the Land Use and Circulation <br />Element of the Pleasanton General Plan to add a freeway interchange to the future <br />location of the intersection of Hacienda Drive and 1-580 located approximately midway <br />between the Hopyard/I-580 interchange and the Santa Rita Road/I-580 interchange <br /> <br />Consider Certification of Environmental Impact Report <br />Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 85:130) dated March 26, 1985, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the application and the environ- <br />mental impact report. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 85-157, certifying the Environmental Impact Report in connection with <br />GP-84-9, application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the Land Use and Circulation <br />Element of the Pleasanton'General Plan to add a freeway interchange to the future <br />location of the intersection of Hacienda Drive and 1-580 located approximately midway <br />between the Hopyard/I-580 interchange and the Santa Rita Road/I-580 interchange, as <br />complete and adequate and that the document was prepared in compliance with CEQA, be <br />adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 85-158, approving GP-84-9, application of the City of Pleasanton to <br />amend the Land Use and Circulation Element of the Pleasanton General Plan to add a <br />freeway interchange to the future location of the intersection of Hacienda Drive and <br />1-580 located approximately midway between the Hopyard/I-580 interchange and the Santa <br />Rita Road/I-580 interchange, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> This item concluded the public hearings related to General Plan amendments. It <br />was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that Resolu- <br />tion No. 85-158, approving GP-84-14, application of Equity Enterprises and the City of <br />Pleasanton for a general plan amendment to redesignate the 2.65 acre parcel located at <br />4005 Stanley Boulevard from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential; <br /> <br /> 10. 3/26/85' <br /> <br /> <br />
