It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br /> Resolution No. 85-104, declaring the public hearing regarding consideration of all <br /> matters for Assessment District No. 1984-2 - Stoneridge Business Center, continued <br /> to the meeting of March 12, 1985, 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers, be <br /> adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br /> MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> Adoption of Ordinance No. 1181, Approval of PUD-84-7, Application of John and Joan <br /> Caroline for development plan_aJproval for a 19 unit detached single-famil~ resi- <br /> dential Rr.pj_~t p~oposed for the approximately 2.0 acre site located on the north <br /> side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Mavis Drive <br /> (Intro. 2-1.2~8~,. 3-Ayes, 2-No~s) <br /> Mayor Mercer declared this item continued to the meeting of March 12, 1985, for <br /> full Council attendance. <br /> <br /> Adoption of Ordinance No. l!Z.7, A~p~proving the Application of Castlewood Properties, <br /> Inc., to prezone approximately 8.8 acres to PUD-High Density Residential and "A" <br /> (A~.ricultural) and approvin~ Development Plan for an 80 Unit Multi-family Resi- <br /> dential Complex and Proposed ~ity Park on the site located on the East Side of <br /> Bernal Avenue between Tawny Drive and Vineyard Avenue <br /> (Intro. 1-22-85, 5-Ayes) <br /> Mayor Mercer stated that Ordinance No. 1177 was introduced on January 22, 1985, <br /> by a vote of 5-Ayes, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance. <br /> <br /> The City Attorney advised that Condition No. 2 should have been deleted from the <br /> conditions of approval, therefore the ordinance needs to be amended and re-introduced. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br /> Ordinance No. 1177, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br /> approving the application of Castlewood Properties, Inc., to prezone approximately <br /> 8.8 'acres to PUD-High Density Residential and "A" (Agricultural) Districts and <br /> approving development plan for an 80 unit multi-family residential complex and pro- <br /> posed City park on the site located on the east side of Bernal Avenue between Tawny <br />Drive and Vineyard Avenue, deleting Condition No. 2 from the conditions of approval, <br /> be re-introduced. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br /> SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> There were no Special Reports presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF BOARDS AND CO}~ISSIONS <br /> Actions Taken by the Board of Adjustment~ Design Review Board~ and Planning Commission <br /> at their meeting of 2-13-85 <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 8~:85) dated February 19, 1985, regarding this <br /> matter.
