Report on Complaint Concerning Creek at 306 Neal Street (Dr. Connolly) <br /> Mayor Mercer declared this item removed from the agenda at the request of the <br /> applicant and staff. <br /> <br /> Mid-Year Budget Review <br /> Mrs. Wagner presented her report (SR 85:105) dated February 26, 1985, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding Proposition 4 limitations and ballot measure <br /> procedures. Staff advised the key issue on the ballot would be raising the appro- <br /> priations limit itself. Council could specify projects to which the excess revenues <br /> would be applied in the ballot language but is not required to do so. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Council- <br /> member Mohr, that Resolution No. 85-105, amending the 1984/85 Fiscal Year Budget to <br /> reflect adjustments in the financial status of the General Fund, Sewer Fund, and <br /> Water Maintenance and Operation Fund, as presented in Staff Report 85:105, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br /> Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> <br /> PUD-82-18-3M, Minor Modification to Santa Rita Industrial Park PUD <br /> Mr. ttarris presented his report (IR 85:10) dated February 26, 1985, regarding <br /> this matter. No action was required <br /> or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br /> Budget Amendment for a Feasibflity Study for the Senior Citizens Housing Pro~ec~ <br /> Mrs. Wagner presented her report (SR 85:104) dated February 26, 1985, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Wood stated he has a problem with this matter being considered so <br /> late in the procedure, and also he thought funds had already been appropriated for <br /> the expenditure. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Wagner stated this matter should have been taken care of before now. She <br /> advised that there are not sufficient funds in the Pleasanton Housing Group, Inc., <br /> budget to cover this expense, and that the study is necessary in order to proceed <br />,with the financing program. <br /> <br /> 8. 2/26/85 <br /> <br /> <br />
