<br /> Bishop of Oakland for PUD zoning and development plan approval of a 262 unit multi-
<br /> family residential development and related facilities on an approximately 13 acre
<br /> site located immediately southwest of Bernal Avenue (extension) and the Southern
<br /> Pacific right-of-way, be adopted.

<br /> - the entire cost of the eastern half of that street along the frontage of the proposed
<br /> project. This obligation shall become null and void if the project is not constructed.",

<br /> available for those of lower and moderate income, be adopted.

<br /> Minor Modification to PUD-79-!l-4M, Cork Harbour, by Bill Hardy and Dave Guarino
<br /> Mayor Mercer stated this request is in connection with item 8b - PUD-79-11-4M,
<br /> Cork Harbour.
<br />
<br /> Mr. Bill Hardy, 608 Abbie Court, stated that he and his neighbor, Dave Guarino,
<br /> 605 Abbie Street, have recentlv discovered that the property line is not drawn exactly
<br /> as thev would like it between their properties. He requested that Council approve
<br /> - this lot line adjustment as presented in plans submitted to Councilmembers at this
<br /> meeting.

<br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Council-
<br /> member Wood, that Resolution No. 85-57, directing the Zoning Administrator to process
<br /> a minor modification to PUD-79-11-4M, approving adjustment of boundary line between
<br /> 608 and 605 Abbie Street, as presented by Mr. Hardy, and waiving fees for the minor
<br /> modification application, be adopted.
