The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Ma,zor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None After discussion, it was moved bv Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council- member Brandes, that Ordinance No. 1178, approving PUD-84-19, application of Richard Guasco et al to fezone the approximately one acre site located at 3932 Old Santa Rita Road from the C-S (Commercial Service) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Commercial Services District, subject to the following conditions: (1) that all allowed and conditionally allowed uses on the subject property shall be those of the C-S Dis- trict except that auto wrecking shall be an additional conditionally allowed use on the property; and (2) that the northern parcel of property on Old Santa Rita Road o~med by Mr. Guasco (APN946-1100-20 and 21) shall be vacated prior to establishment of an auto- mobile wrecking facility on the subject site, be introduced. Consider Adoption of Negative Declaration Mr. Harris mresented his report (SR 85:49) dated January 22, 1985, regarding this matter. Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the application and the negative declaration. Mr. Fred Howell, partner of EVH Partnership, stated that negotiations have been worked out with City and County of San Francisco relative to the purchase of a piece of property, subject to approval of the proposed project by Council tonight, and sub- ject to conditions of approval in the staff report. He reviewed the proposed project and traffic circulation with the acquisition of the land from San Francisco. He stated the Partnership is going through the mortgage revenue bond program financing and he requested Council to adopt a bond inducement resolution in order to proceed with this arrangement. Mr. Anthony Delucci, representing City and County of San Francisco, confirmed the transaction relative to land acquisition by Mr. Howell, subject to San Francisco PUC approval and subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors. He did not anticipate any problems relative to approval. No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item.
