AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mer- <br /> cer, that Resolution No. 85-588, taking the following actions relative to <br /> General Plan Amendments: <br /> <br /> Approval of GP-85-8, application of the Walter Johnson Foundation to amend <br /> the Land Use Element designation of the General Plan to redesignate an <br /> approximately 173.2 acre site wet of Foothill Road and below the 670' <br /> elevation from Public Health and Safety to Low Density Residential; and <br /> leaving the approximately 35.8 acre site east of Foothill Road as Low Den- <br /> sity Residential; <br /> <br /> Approval of GP-84-1, application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the <br /> Circulation Element of the General Plan as shown on the "Proposed General <br /> Plan Alignment" depicting Stoneridge Drive as the parallel freeway route <br /> and West Las Positas Boulevard terminating as a major thoroughfare east of <br /> Melbourne Court; <br /> <br /> Continuing indefinitely GP-85-10, application of John Caroline for a <br /> General Plan amendment to the Land Use Element of the General Plan to re- <br /> designate an approximately 0.32 acre parcel from "Open Space" to "Commer- <br /> cial and Offices" the property is located on the southwest corner of the <br /> intersection of F~rst Street and Stanley Boulevard and is currently zoned <br /> "A" (Agricultural) District; <br /> <br />be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Proposed Policy Report Reqardin9 Housing, Development, and Low-Income Housin~ <br />Assistance to be followed by it in issuing qualified Mortgage Bonds and <br />M~rtgage Credit Certificates <br /> Mr. Walker presented the report of the Director of Finance (SR 85:592) <br />dated December 17, 1985, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to the item. <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mer- <br />cer, that Resolution No. 85-589, approving the report concerning single family <br />mortgage revenue bond programs, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> There were no matters continued for decision presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> - 12 - 12-17-85 <br /> <br /> <br />
