AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes NOES: None ABSENT: None It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mer- cer, that Resolution No. 85-588, taking the following actions relative to General Plan Amendments: Approval of GP-85-8, application of the Walter Johnson Foundation to amend the Land Use Element designation of the General Plan to redesignate an approximately 173.2 acre site wet of Foothill Road and below the 670' elevation from Public Health and Safety to Low Density Residential; and leaving the approximately 35.8 acre site east of Foothill Road as Low Den- sity Residential; Approval of GP-84-1, application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the Circulation Element of the General Plan as shown on the "Proposed General Plan Alignment" depicting Stoneridge Drive as the parallel freeway route and West Las Positas Boulevard terminating as a major thoroughfare east of Melbourne Court; Continuing indefinitely GP-85-10, application of John Caroline for a General Plan amendment to the Land Use Element of the General Plan to re- designate an approximately 0.32 acre parcel from "Open Space" to "Commer- cial and Offices" the property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of F~rst Street and Stanley Boulevard and is currently zoned "A" (Agricultural) District; be adopted.
