Mayor Mercer stated he had concerns'regarding reserved covered parking for <br />City Hall employees, and the hiring of a marketing intern. <br /> <br /> After discussion, Councilmember Brandes withdrew his motion and Council- <br />member Butler withdrew his second to the motion. <br /> <br /> After further discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and secon- <br />ded by Councilmember Wood, that Resolution No. 85-537, approving the Fiscal <br />Year 1985-86 TSM Program and attendant budget amendments as presented in Staff <br />Report 85:550, except removing the reserved covered parking for City Hall em- <br />ployees and the hiring of a marketing intern; and approving the Policy State- <br />ment as set forth in Staff Report 85:550, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> <br />Report on Soundwall on West Side of Hopyard Road between Black Avenue and Gol- <br />den Road <br /> This item was discussed under Meeting Open to the Public, earlier on the <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Minor Modification to Case PUD-82-22, Shell Mini-Market <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 85:59) dated November 5, 1985, regard- <br />ing this matter.
