Mayor Mercer stated he had concerns'regarding reserved covered parking for City Hall employees, and the hiring of a marketing intern. After discussion, Councilmember Brandes withdrew his motion and Council- member Butler withdrew his second to the motion. After further discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and secon- ded by Councilmember Wood, that Resolution No. 85-537, approving the Fiscal Year 1985-86 TSM Program and attendant budget amendments as presented in Staff Report 85:550, except removing the reserved covered parking for City Hall em- ployees and the hiring of a marketing intern; and approving the Policy State- ment as set forth in Staff Report 85:550, be adopted. After discussion, Mayor Mercer requested Councilmembers to give their con- cerns and suggestions regarding this matter to the City Attorney, and in- structed the City Attorney to bring a report back at the next meeting for fur- ther Council consideration.
