It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1225, approval of RZ-85-15, application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the Ordinance Code to create an Overlay District to es- tablish Design Review Procedures and Design Standards for the Central Business District, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None Adoption of Ordinance No. 1226, Approval of PUD-84-4-4M, Application of Ralph Goodell and Associates/Valley Medical Associates for major modification to an approved development plan for a shopping center-medical office complex to in- crease the size of the medical office building, on an approximately 7.7 acre site located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and West Las Positas Bouelvard (Intro. 10-15-85, 4-Ayes, 1-Absent) Mayor Mercer stated that Ordinance No. 1226 was introduced on October 15, 1985, by a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance.
