Approval of the Issuance by either the City of Pleasanton or the Housing Au- <br />thority of the City of Pleasanton of Revenue Bonds in an Amount not to Exceed <br />$19,000,000 for the purpose of assisting in the Financing of the Construction <br />and Development of a Multi-family Rental Housing Development in the City of <br />Pleasanton <br /> Mr. Walker presented his report (SR 85:549) dated November 5, 1985, <br /> regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to the item. <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Resolution No. 85-531, authorizing the sale of up to $15 million of <br />Multi-family Housing Revenue Bonds; authorizing the Mayor to sign an Inden- <br />ture, a Loan Agreement, and a Regulatory Agreement; and designating Jones Hall <br />Hill and White as bond counsel, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Amendment to the Transportation Systems Manaqement (TSM} Ordinance IOrdinance <br />No. 1154, Title II, Chapter 17 PMC} <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 85:522) dated November 5, 1985, regard- <br />ing this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to the item. <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, <br />that Ordinance No. 1231, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br />thereof, approving an amendment to the Transportation Systems Management (TSM) <br />Ordinance (Ordinance No. 1154, Title II, Chapter 17 PMC), be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />Adoption of Ordinance No. 1224, Cable IV Franchise Ordinance <br />(Intro. 10-15-85, 4-Ayes, 1-Absent) <br /> Mayor Mercer stated that Ordinance No. 1224 was introduced on October 15, <br />1985, by a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, <br />that Ordinance No. 1224, Cable TV Franchise Ordinance, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> 14 - 11-5-85 <br /> <br /> <br />
