Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development/-Industrial, Commercial and Offices District <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 85:552) dated November 5, 1985, regard <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this application. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pat O'Brian, representing Callahan Pentz Properties, stated he concurs <br />with the staff report and Planning Commission recommendations. He presented a <br />model of the proposed project. <br /> <br /> Mr. Peder Jacobson, 6122 Allbrook Circle, spoke in opposition to this <br />item, citing increased amount of sound because of traffic associated with the <br />development. <br /> <br /> Mr. O'Brian stated that employees will have four-day work week with peak <br />traffic at off hours. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing <br />closed on this item. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Bran- <br />des, that Resolution No. 85-535, approving PUD-81-30-33D, application of Cal- <br />lahan Pentz Properties for design review approval to construct a two-story, <br />59-449 sq. ft. office building on an approximately 4.2 acre site located on <br />the southeast side of Gibraltar Drive (Site 34E) in the Hacienda Business <br />Park, subject to the conditions set forth in Staff Report 85:552, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> - 13 11-5-85 <br /> <br /> <br />
