No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Vice Mayor Brandes declared the public <br /> hearing closed on the application and the Mitigated Negative Declaration. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, <br /> that Resolution No. 85-384, determining on the basis of a review of initial <br /> environmental study done for this project, that case PUD-85-12 would have a <br /> significant adverse impact upon the environment but that recommended condi- <br /> tions of approval would reduce that impact to an insignificant level as out- <br /> lined in the City's guidelines, therefore a Mitigated Negative Declaration is <br /> appropriate in connection with PUD-85-12, application of Sacramento <br /> Developers, Inc., for PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning and development <br /> plan approval for a 56 unit townhouse complex on an approximately 9.3 site <br /> bounded by Stoneridge Drive to the north, Highway 1-680 to the east and <br /> Stonedale Drive to the west, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br />' AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Wood, and Vice Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by <br /> Councilmember Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1213, to be read by title only and <br /> waiving further reading thereof, approving PUD-85-12, application of Sacramen- <br /> to Developers, Inc., for PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning and development <br /> plan approval for a 56 unit townhouse complex on an approximately 9.3 acre <br /> site bounded by Stoneridge Drive to the north, Highway 1-680 to the east and <br /> Stonedale Drive to the west, subject to all conditions contained in Planning <br /> Commission Resolution No. 2680 with minor revisions to conditions 6, 16 and 17 <br /> as presented in Staff Report 85:373, but deleting condition 9 relative to <br /> width of sidewalk, and allowing a wood fence subject to approval of City <br /> staff, be introduced. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Wood, and Vice Mayor Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Brandes recessed the meeting at 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Brandes reconvened the meeting at 9:40 p.m. <br /> <br /> Application of the City of Pleasanton for approval of the Master Plan for the <br /> Hopyard-Valley Community Park (T), to be located on an approximately 15 acre <br /> site, located generally within the area bounded by Hopyard Road, Valley <br /> Avenue, Via de los Milagros, and the Pleasanton Canal.
