Zonin9 for the property <br /> is PUD (Planned Unit Development/-Industrial, Commercial and Offices District <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of Negative Declaration <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 86:107) dated March 18, 1986, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open on the application and the <br /> negative declaration. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tom Terrill, representing Reynolds and Brown, 6601 Owens Drive, stated <br />this is Phase III of the Pleasanton Park. He presenting rendering and <br />schematics of the proposed development. He stated he concurred with the staff <br />report with the exception of Condition 10; it is not clear whether or not <br />Reynolds and Brown should provide the bond until AT&T starts construction and <br />provides the bond, or are there some interim measures. Mr. Swift stated that <br />one bond is all the City requires, and that whoever comes forward to get the <br />building permit first will have to provide the bond.
