He advised there was confusion regarding <br />this item. Council concurred with the appeal. Mayor Brandes requested the <br />item be scheduled for public hearing on April 15, 1986. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />Recommended Alignment for the BART Livermore-Pleasanton Extension <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 86:91) dated March 18, 1986, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ted Fairfield, Civil Engineer, stated he concurs with the staff re- <br />port. He suggested ~hat Council reaffirm their position regarding this mat- <br />ter.
