Zonin9 for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Commercial District <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 86:108) dated March 18, 1986, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to the item. <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing closd. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer expressed concern regarding parking, and requested <br />that a condition be added that more compact spaces be used. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mohr asked to see the landscape plans when they are <br />available. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, <br />that Ordinance No. 1248, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br />thereof, approving PUD-81-28-3M, application of Pleasanton Station Associates <br />for a major modification to an approved development plan for a commercial com- <br />plex, involving changes to elevations and floor plans, on an approximately 1.1 <br />acre site located on the south side of Neal Street, approximately 300 feet <br />west of the intersection of Neal Street and First Street, subject to all con- <br />ditions contained in Plannin9 Commission Resolution No. 2764, and addin9 a <br />condition that a higher ratio of compact parking spaces be used, be <br />introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />PUD-86-2, Application of Lee Reid and Myers Development Corporation for rezon- <br />in9 from CS (Commercial Service) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Commercial District and development plan approval for an 800 unit, two- <br />structure, three-story mini-storage facility on an approximately 1.3 acre site <br />located at 3722 Old Santa Rita Road <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of Neqative Declaration <br /> Mayor Brandes declared this item continued until further notice, at the <br />request of staff. <br /> <br />PUD-86-3, Application of Public Storage, Inc., for rezonin9 from CS (Commer- <br />cial Service) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial District <br />and development plan approval for a four buildin9, 84,000 sq. ft., mini- <br />storage facility on an approximately 1.45 acre site located at 3744 and 3768 <br />Old Santa Rita Road <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of Negative Declaration <br /> Mayor Brandes declared this item continued until further notice, at the <br />request of Staff. <br /> <br />PUD-86-4, Application of Reynolds and Brown for design review approval of a <br />five buildin9, approximately 108,738 sq. ft. office/retail/restaurant complex <br />to be located on an approximately 8.82 acre site located in the southwest <br /> <br /> 3-18-86 <br /> - 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
