487 <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmembers Butler and Wood <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br />Ordinance No. 1270, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br />thereof, approval oY PUD-85-17, application of Prometheus Development Company <br />for a major modification to an approved development plan to allow for the <br />development of a 456 unit multi-family residential complex, to be located on <br />an approximately 16.3 acre site in the area bounded by Andrews Drive, Owens <br />Drive, Old Santa Rita Road, and Tassajara Creek, subject to conditions set <br />forth by Planning Commission and staff, be introduced; and that Resolution No. <br />86-373, modifying the low income exemption from the Growth Management Program <br />as follows: (1) that only 15% of specified North Pleasanton projects be of- <br />fered at a lower income rate as opposed to 25%; that below market rents be <br />offered for only 10 years instead of 15 years in specified North Pleasanton <br />projects; that the Tri-Valley median income ratio be used for specified North <br />Pleasanton projects; and that staff bring back criteria for Council to deter- <br />mine which North Pleasanton projects will be eligible, said criteria to re- <br />quire participation in the North Pleasanton Assessment Districts and to in- <br />clude the Prometheus project, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mercer, Mohr, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Butler and Wood <br /> <br />PUD-81-30-35D, Appl'ication of Pacific Rim Development Corporation for design <br />review approval to construct an approximately 103,700 square foot, five- <br />building specialty retail complex, to be located on an approximately 9.7 acre <br />site, located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and <br />Stoneridge Drive. Zonin for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development}- <br />Industrial/Commercial an~ Offices District <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open on this item, and continued <br />it to the meeting of August 19, 1986, 8:00 p.m., in the Pleasanton Council <br />Chambers, at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br />Board a proving a comprehensive sign program for the <br />ft., mu~ti-tenant office complex located at 4473 Willow Road.
