347 <br /> It was moved by Councitmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br /> that Ordinance No. 1255, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br /> thereof, approving PUD-85-16, application of Brad Caroline and Jon Westerline <br /> for rezoning from RM-4000 (Multi-family Residential) District to the PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential District and development <br /> plan approval to construct a two-story, two-unit apartment complex on an ap- <br /> proxpimately 10,100 sq. ft. site with an existing residence, located at <br /> 3939Vineyard Avenue, subject to all conditions contained in Planning Commis- <br /> sion Resolution No. 2783, be introduced. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br />-- AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, and Mayor Brandes <br /> NOES: Councilmember Wood <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Vineyard Avenue Substation and Alternative Transmission Line Routes <br /> Mr. Walker presented his report (SR 86:203) dated May 20, 1986, and a let- <br /> ter from PG&E requesting this item be continued to the meeting of August 19, <br /> 1986, stating that their report will not be completed in time to make a public <br /> presentation at this meeting. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Philip Wente, 5565 Tesla Road, Livermore, stated that in his percep- <br /> tion the basic planning seems to be to the detriment of all property owners in <br /> the City of Pleasanton, City of Livermore, and Alameda County. The proposed <br /> routes all cross .j~er land that is considered in both the general plans of <br /> Pleasanton and Livermore.
