Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District <br /> S . , <br /> Mr. wilt presented h~s report (SR 86:510) dated December 2, 1986 regard- <br />ing this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jim Grisham, representing the Koll Company, stated he has read the <br />staff report and is in concurrence with the recommendations. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer asked if wrecked cars would be stored behind the building. <br />Mr. Grisham advised that there would be new cars used for training purposes <br />but the area would be screened in. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing <br />closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Resolution No. 86-563, approving PUD-80-2-2D, application of Koll Company <br />for development plan approval to construct an approximately 41,500 sq. ft., <br />one-story office building on an approximately 3.8 acre site located on the <br />west side of Koll Center Parkway adjacent to Interstate 680 right-of-way, sub- <br />ject to all conditions proposed by the Planning Commission, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />PUD-82-18-6D-2M, Application of Richard Nolan and Ashwill, Hawkins and <br />Partners for a major modification to an approved development plan for an <br />office/industrial complex to allow for an increase in the square footage for <br />medical office and related uses on an approximately 4.3 acre site located on <br />the southeast corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Stoneridge <br />Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial <br />District <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 86:511) dated December 2, 1986, regard- <br />ing this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> Dr. Richard Nolan, the applicant, stated he concurs with the staff report <br />and Planning Commission recommendations. He advised that he wishes to pur- <br />chase five buildings and establish a medical office complex consisting of two <br /> <br /> - 6 12-2-86 <br /> <br /> <br />
