<br />that Ordinance No. 1280, approval of Koll Bernal Avenue Associates and Patri-
<br />cian Associates, Inc., for development agreement approval for a business park
<br />complex to be located on an approximately 99 acre site, located generally in
<br />the area bounded by Bernal Avenue, Interstate 1-680, the Arroyo del Valle, and
<br />Valley Avenue, be adopted.
