269 <br />negative declaration is appropriate in connection with RZ-86-11, application <br />of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 246 acre site to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-High Density/Low Density/Rural Density Residential <br />District located on both sides of Old Dublin Canyon Road, generally in the <br />area approximately 4,800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and <br />Old Dublin Canyon Road, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Butler, that Ordinance No. 1288, to be read by title only and <br />waiving further reading thereof, approving RZ-86-11, application of the City <br />of Pleasanton to prezone the Ferreri property to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-High Density Residential; the Westbrook, Church of Christ, Styles <br />and Lester parcels to Agriculture; the Panganiban parcel to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Low Density Residential and Public Health and Safety; and the <br />Kolb parcels to R-1-20, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer instructed staff to notify Mr. Snow and Messrs. Kolb when <br />this item will again be considered by Planning Commission and City Council. <br /> <br />Hacienda Business Park Phase II - Assessment District No. 1986-8 <br /> Mr. Walker presented the report of the Director of Finance (SR 86:493) <br />dated November 18, 1986, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Robert Brunsell, Bond Counsel, stated this item effects only Hacienda <br />Business Park Phase II, and has the signed consent of the one property owner. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Resolution No. 86-541, approving report and assessment and ordering im- <br />provement in connection with Assessment District No. 1986-8, Hacienda Business <br />Park Phase II; Resolution No. 86-542, determining assessments remaining un- <br />paid in connection with Assessment District No. 1986-8, Hacienda Business Park <br /> Phase II; and Resolution No. 86-543, approving reimbursement agreement in <br />connection with Assessment District No. 1986-8, Hacienda Business Park - Phase <br />II, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />WA-86-2, Application of Lawrence and Victor Lund, Jr., for cancellation of <br />Williamson Act Land Conservation Agreement (Agricultural Preserve 1974-15) for <br /> <br /> - 11 11-18-86 <br /> <br /> <br />
