He advised that Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 Pleasanton <br /> Ridge, will stand as amended by Council action earlier. <br /> <br /> Parcel 2A - Ferreri <br /> Mr. John Ferreri, 865 Abbie Street, representing himself and Duncan Matte- <br /> son, stated that with regard to this site, the location is north of the <br /> frontage road which runs between Pleasanton and Hayward and is bound on the <br /> north end by 1-580. This particular site is not a site such as a Foothill <br /> Road site loaded with oak trees and more of the pastorial setting; this par- <br /> ticular site is one that is ideally suited for reasonably priced housing which <br /> would be purchased mainly by the people who work in Pleasanton that commute <br /> from the outer cities , which should reduce the overall traffic within the <br /> area and also on the freeways.
