105 <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that Resolution No. 86-419, accepting the report by Camp, Dresser and McKee, <br />Inc., entitled "Preliminary Design Report, Storm Drainage Improvements within <br />the St. Mary's Creek Watershed" dated August 1986; directing staff to proceed <br />with the design of Alternative 4, Detention Basin Construction and retain the <br />necessary consultants to prepare the plans and specifications; and directing <br />staff to add this project to the 1986-87 Capital Improvement Program and delay <br />Projects 11 and 13 in the 1986-87 CIP, Miscellaneous Projects to a future <br />year, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer suggested that this item, on future agendas, be moved <br />up at the end of the Consent Calendar, so that people waiting to 'comment on <br />these items would not have to wait until the end of the meeting. <br /> <br />Three Month Agenda Planning Report <br /> Mr. Walker presented the Three Month Agenda Planning Report for the infor- <br />mation of Council. <br /> <br />Minor Modification to Case 85-12, Stonedale Townhouses (PUD-85-12-2M) <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 86:71) dated August 19, 1986, regarding <br />this matter. No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />Minor Modification to Case PUD-84-11, 123 Ray Street (PUD-84-11-2M} <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 86:72) dated September 2, 1986, regard- <br />ing this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer expressed concern about removing the wood to be re- <br />placed with stucco, stating this will create one big wall of stucco; and the <br />revised elevations. <br /> <br />Minor Modification to PUD-81-30-9D, Site 18A of Hacienda Business Park (PUD- <br />81-30-9D-1M} <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (IR 86:76) dated September 2, 1986, regard- <br />ing this matter. No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />Status of Non-Residential School Impact Fee <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his report (IR 86:74) dated August 28, 1986, <br />regarding this matter. After discussion, Council determined to consider the <br />nonresidential school impact fee at the meeting when the North Pleasanton Im- <br />provement District Freeway District is again considered. <br /> <br />Report from PG&E on Requested Utility Pole Removals Foothill Boulevard South <br />of Stoneridge Drive <br /> Mr. Elliott presented his report (IR 86:73) dated September 2, 1986, <br />regarding this matter. He advised that PG&E called him this date stating they <br />have concluded their preliminary engineering investigations and have arrived <br />at an estimate of $22,500.00 to relocate the poles, and stating they would be <br />willing to proceed but they expect the City of Pleasanton to bear the costs. <br /> <br /> 5 - 9-2-86 <br /> <br /> <br />
